Cancellation Policy

90 MINUTE CANCELLATION POLICY: CLASS CANCELLATIONS: Classes are subject to cancellation within 90 minutes prior to class start time if there are zero bookings for that class online via Aerial51.online Bookings or Wix app Bookings. CANCELLATION FEES: Most of our instructors commute to Aerial 51 to pursue their passion for teaching and value you as their student. Aerial 51 still pays instructors for being prepared and ready to teach, even if you cancel in less than 90 minutes of a class start time. And so, if you fail to cancel a class you cannot attend within the 90 minutes of that class start time, you will be charged an Invoice with a Cancellation Fee in amount of $25. If you have a Class-Pass Package or an Unlimited Package, your Package will not be affected. If you are unable to pay the $25 cancellation fee right away, We offer a weekly payment plan in the amount of $6.25 per week for one month to pay off this fee. INSTRUCTOR CANCELATION POLICY: In the rare event that an instructor cancels a class in less than 90 minutes of the class start time, you will be compensated, and a makeup class will be scheduled in a timely manner. If you have a Class-Pass Package, your class session will be added back to your Package and you will receive an additional FREE Class-Pass to attend the Makeup Class for the class cancelled, or to save and use for any class you choose in the future, as this FREE Class-Pass will have No expiration date. If you have an Unlimited Package, you will receive a reasonable extension on your Unlimited Package AND will be compensated an additional FREE Class-Pass with the stipulations the same as mentioned above.
